Here, you will find documents and files used for our Athletic's Program. Please make sure to read and fill out the requested paperwork from WHS and/or your coaches. Please remember, for students to participate in any team activities, students must complete the following:

A. Submit a physical (good for 1 calendar year) must have a stamp, doctor's signature with a date, and all questions answered yes must have an explanation

C. Upload a picture of their insurance card
